Premium sensory experience with Häagen-Dazs - London, UK

FDomes provided a Freedome 50 geodesic dome for the Häagen-Dazs Master Ice Cream Academy in London's Bloomsbury Square. Resembling a scoop of ice cream, the air-conditioned structure hosted a multi-sensory experience led by Master Chef Dan Doherty and sensory expert Professor Barry Smith.

A Multi-Sensory Ice Cream Experience

A Multi-Sensory Ice Cream Experience

What could have been a more appropriate venue for the Master Ice Cream Academy than a geodesic dome resembling a scoop of ice cream? US-based Häagen-Dazs, known for being one of the few commercial ice cream brands that did not use artificial additives in its products, chose Bloomsbury Square in London to host a multi-sensory experience. During the event, led by Master Chef Dan Doherty and sensory expert Professor Barry Smith, participants took part in experiments exposing their senses to various stimuli.

A Branded Dome Designed to Keep Things Cool

A Branded Dome Designed to Keep Things Cool

To keep the atmosphere inside cool and prevent visitors and their ice cream from melting in the August heat, the Freedome 50 was equipped with our powerful air-conditioning systems. The dome's exterior featured not only Häagen-Dazs vinyl branding but also the brand's motto and social media hashtag, #realornothing – a sentiment that was also very close to our hearts. Providing genuine, visceral excitement has been something we have strived for since day one at Freedomes.
