A 20th Anniversary Celebration Inside Freedome 700

The oldest Special Economic Zone in Poland, Euro-Park Mielec, established in 1995, celebrated 20 years of existence. A total of 500 guests attended the prestigious anniversary gala, held in one of the biggest geodesic domes in the world (706 m²). For the main celebrations, Concept Music Art chose an impressive Freedome 700 with a transparent front overlooking Mielec Airport, undeniably one of the biggest temporary geodesic dome structures available. With its size of 706 square metres and a diameter of 30 m, all guests were comfortably accommodated in a seating area covered with blue carpet, ready to enjoy the presentations.

Other structures for hosting guests, registration and sanitary purposes included the Freedome 500, Freedome 150 and Freedome 110. They were customised with a durable premium flooring system and connected by five walkway tunnels, enabling free passage between the domes. The gala inspired many conversations, which continued on a 300 m² outdoor platform against the backdrop of local industrial infrastructure. At the time, the Zone employed nearly 30,000 workers across several hundred companies, with the total value of investments estimated at PLN 7.2 billion. With its 28 sub-zones, 1,495 hectares of land and 20 years of "shared experience and success", the Zone was considered a hub of new opportunities for citizens and investors. Its major industries included aviation, automotive manufacturing, metalworking, plastics, processing and IT.
